I understand the frustration with many around giving away our IP for free and that we should play hard ball with Ellume

Perhaps if we had a more effective sales pitch or sales executives we could have pushed for a better outcome.

I do however feel that most of our collaborations where commenced many years ago when perhaps we were a fledgling 1c company

Not easy to drive a hard bargain with Monster Sized companies who would be approached by many start ups

Key is that we got in the door to demonstrate what we can do and have been working together for awhile now in testing to hopefully prove our worth.

I don't hold past dealings against management in this regard but I sincerely hope with our value proven we can drive a good deal and monetise years of testing into some $$$

In regards Ellume , we have gained credibility and a great case study for others to follow using AnteoBind. Our fortunes will be made in producing and selling our own tests , Ellume is just the cherry on top.

Again back in the day they took a punt on collaborating with us - I expect a meaningful deal will be struck but no point burning bridges to get a few extra million - Ellume can assist us with entry into the US and potentially with manufacturing. The side benefits they can provide could lead to BILLIONS !
