It costs an average of USD1.5 million to install one hydrogen pump and the associated equipment..

Yes, today, costs WILL come down, it is still very very early days. And that is already not too expensive.
Total capital costs are already down to $300/kg/day/dispenser best case.
So if you well 750kg per day @ $1/kg margin, the capital costs are paid off in only 5 years, of course you dont expect to hit the full 750kg/day, but payback within 10 years is still possible even at today's prices with only $1/kg margin. In California I assure you their margin is higher and payback is quicker!

Fuel cells only last a few years.

Yes, about 240-300,000 kms, enough for your average car lifespan.

In Australia the current corporate lease on Toyota Mirai is $21k per year. It is $33k/year for a a Hyundai Nexo. You can't buy one outright.

Yes, not today, but in 5 years you will be able to, like you can in other countries.
Pricing in the states is $50,000, including $15,000 of fuel

Hydrogen will take a few more years, but you would be an idiot not to believe 5% of new vehicles on our roads will not be hydrogen by the end of the decade.
