GDA bought most of their holdings off SGW a year or so ago and share tenements at Southern Cross. The speculation is that due to this close relationship they will get first dibs on SGWs Southern Cross holdings.
I posted on this a few days ago if you want to do a bit of research and follow the link to the SGW/GDA agreement.
