To this point though, they may have been anticipated but NVA did not know when they were coming... look at SLR, the team may have been advised a couple of days away but it has been weeks since we have heard anything. These results have been anticipated for a long time & still are waiting for a lot of them.

- The company does not have enough money to do any of the things they need to do
- The company will need to do another raise in the near term, probably around / in the new year
As this is an explorer they are going to be implored with delays & agree they are not fully funded to do what they want but maybe that's why they only raised $12m? so they can raise again at a higher price, did you want them to raise enough at the discounted CR? that would have caused more of a dilution.

Whether negative & positive your posts come with weight. I am not too sure why you cop so much criticism in these threads (besides probably a bit too much repetition on the CR fiasco I must admit). If it means much, In my books, you are a respected poster.
