Here is my take : POS MOU with a non existing company with zero cash means BHP knocked back POS proposal and has no interest in any deal with POS. That is my take and lots of other POS holders guess. (I feel Black Widow tried to over smart and messed up everything)

POS FID Delays, Resource Estimate Delays and Regular Procastination's is getting reflected in POS share price. When Nickel rallied, POS share went no where means those with big pockets don;t see POS reaching into production for long time to come.
..
What we are witnessing (I may be wrong) a no profit/ no loss exit by those who participated in recent capital raising as investor has started seeing another side of POS.
