Firstly, I do not want to think of QPN as some sort of "boy racer" charging off and "smoking the tyres" or spinning around doing "dohnuts"

Secondly, if we are sticking with train at the station metaphor then spinning the wheels a is not what i want to happen either. Could lead to an early derailment !

No, I want traction action !
I want to see some pulling away from the station !
I want to see those pistons driving, those wheels rotating purposefully and progress forward being made.

Here we are nearly at the end of September and I think we have had so much steam generated via stuverine that we can't see the way ahead anfd have lost a clear view of the signals.
Not sure whether the signals are telling us go or whoa or just plain WOE !

Oh well October on Thursday. Just three months of 2009 left.
Perhaps 2010. I like even years.
