I'm no chartist so you'll learn more on Google, but wave 3 is, I think, the start of a big leg up. Looks like these boys think SHP has been following the Elliott Wave pattern

As you say, you're here for the fundamentals. To me, if they're right (and I take much salt with my charting), then we will see upward movement in another good run shortly

When the fundamental guys, and the technical analysis guys are suggesting it's a Buy simultaneously, and we know that drilling approval is slated for this month.... It's often a good thing
