Ok well, I didn't see the Lucy Wicks facebook fiasco. She certainly was a busy little bee wasn't she. It certainly flies in the face of her assertion that the whole community want PEP-11 dashed.

The problem with trying to pursue legal action on the basis of "misinformation", the Government could very well just reject the permit, then she would be 100% correct. So be careful what you wish for if you do instigate action.
