rob43, maybe Sinochem actually plans for the next 10 years instead of letting all their corporate affairs become a day trading exercise. Who cares whether they buy at $13 or $11? In the big picture they are getting a good price near the bottom of the commodity cycle.

If they play too tough and the cycle turns, they will never buy the company under $16.

Too many people in this forum think two months ahead and don't understand any concept of long term value. Sinochem isn't buying Nufarm to make a trading profit in three months on a stock holding for God's sake!!
