WGX cant afford another lame offer. Needs to be cherry ripe now since T/O panel decline. something board cant turn their nose up at, even though they desperately want FFR to go through. would be interesting to see what the other majors think. like politics. these deals get done on the 11th hour. better offer needs to come next week though.
