I agree 100%. Initially I was annoyed at Ryans lack of commitment to a comment at the webinar this week but on further thought the current court case PIV is based on the open cut not the newly proposed underground. I'm actually now expecting a negative result and then an immediate resubmission by INF given there comments about "all there ducks in a row" on the underground venture.
I think short term this could head back to 12-14c (here's hoping my order at 14c pulls through ) based off the above playing out but as Bombersmadd has said once approvals are in its away.
