The way I see it NGNG, those 2 "Latest House Build" videos both refer to the first house built at Wellard. You can see that it's the same house in each video; e.g., look at the solar panels on the roof of the house over the fence, it's the same in both videos. One video came out early, then later a simpler video (perhaps for Twitter) of the same build came out. It came out quite a bit later, but still before the second Wellard build had commenced. While Mark said about 20,000SBE, the more precise value was 21,780. I'm not sure why he said about 4,300 blocks, when it turned out to be 3,456. He should have known the number even before the build started. Maybe he simply meant to say about 3400 but said about 4300, transposing the 3 and the 4 in error. It's the sort of thing humans do all the time. You're right, things can get confusing, which is why I started this thread, to keep track of things. Thanks for checking it, because I will make errors. I see I wrote "3nd" instead of "3rd". I'll fix that next time.
