    I am sure they'd prefer it, but what's to make the old note holders do it? I can't rememeber, but assume they got them for free, so it would be a final twist of the knife for them to hold them and see the new AJM prosper, then bank a bit more profit out of the transaction! Its the gift that keeps on giving...
