You can't have it both ways.
The fact that there won't be any dividend for some time is one reason why TER is undervalued.
CEO risk has been partly mitigated by the bondholder agreement, and it looks like new directors will be appointed to further monitor Craig.
I don't know enough about WHC to be able to compare.
