MRD capital, cash and shares on offer

Hi - from what I can see:

market cap $39 million @ $ 0.007
ordinary shares - 5.5 billion
options - around 2.2 billion exercisable at $0.003c
cash - somewhere around $2.5 million (after recent placement)
only 1 project viable - so that’s valued at $36.5million RISKED now.
costs for directors and management excluding g &a about 400k per year
about $2.1 million to explore the REE project at mount ridley

if anyone has knowledge on the following areas - input appreciated:

anyone with an idea about the value of a REE project if successful and chance of commercial success of the project? To compare to the risked value of the project. E.g if NPV(10) AT of project is 1 billion and chance of success is 10% that lines up with a $0.015 share price on value only - excluding market sentiment.

any view if it would it be a good idea to do a 50 or 100 to 1 share consolidation if this REE gains credibility. Bring the shares on offer to around 1billion. Setting better framework to raise future equity?

any ideas on project JV partners that to join the REE project? Is a JV common for this type of project or is the only way to fund and develop to do it as a single company and raise funds?

once the project firms up - messages from management on how it will manage dilution and fund a project would be well received. Fearing significant dilution if this pushes ahead.
leveraging partners finance and debt / balance sheet planning looking very important to understand here. Though it may be a bit early to count the REE project as valuable asset…..I can only hope
