It's a false dichotomy to argue that since management is flawed, it is hopelessly incompetent and must be castigated at every opportunity. As McHale points out, many of the factors that explain the current SP are not attributable to mismanagement (while some are).

Btw, I am voting the remuneration down, as I think management do need to lift their game on communicating strategic goals to the market, where they are doing a poor job, but like McHale, I do not think wiping out the board is a solution. That would by a Pyrrhic victory.
