Only thing though, all of this costs money ... name change, share consolidation, it's all fluff.
700K SOI is not that large, nor is 63.5c in penny stock territory, nor overly liquid.
Unless they are planning on releasing huge numbers of new shares or seeing the SP plummet, why bother with a share consolidation?!
