I was convinced that the deal would go ahead because of the Aware Super involvement.
I could not have been more wrong.
It will be interesting to see where this settles in a week or two. I am pissed that TPG gets to msee all of our data for free. That's where 'Break Fees' are a good idea and stop the tyre kickers.
TPG have a growing reputation for not completing, not good for them long term.
