I have been a long term holder of this stock until selling out recently at $3.90
My main concern with this business is that it hauls coal yet AZJ management appears to be anti coal. How can you successfully run a business where you seemingly despise your own customer base. Coal will be around for a long time yet so I just don't get the dire imperative for freight diversification. It is all about sucking up to the ESG crowd who still won't invest in AZJ anyway. I took my AZJ sale proceeds and invested in WHC and NHC and have done nicely as a result.
The only thing keeping the AZJ share price afloat was the dividend and now the magnitude of this is in doubt medium term I suspect the AZJ price to keep calling.
