You generally don't extend an SPP if it is already fully subscribed.

There are two scenarios:
1) It is under-subscribed and they need more people to take it up otherwise it will look terrible
2) There is something somewhat negative in the Quarterly and if they close the SPP and then release the quarterly there is a risk of a claim given no disclosure and DW8 would have the info now.

Presentation today will be interesting. It is really hard to tell exactly what the growth rates and potential for DW8 is given the continual acquisition of revenues (it is very strange that the incentive shares were trigger via purchased revenues from both Parton and WDA). Basically shares have been diluted from acquisitions, in order to be diluted more from incentive shares. When the incentive shares were issued, I don't think there was an expectation that $5m+ of value would be triggered via acquisition.
