Not quite right. Digicel has for the last 3-4 years ripped the guts of that company.... All expats sacked or at minimal levels. Maintenance/Infrastructure I dont see being an issue with new technology that Telstra already deploys in Australia. Currency is always a risk but PNG right now is at the bottom $0.38 (12months at was $0.49). When you control 90% of the subscriber base and your competition is Bmobile/Telekom (whom just completed a merge) you don't have issues. Digicel's biggest issue was getting $ out of the country whom they had a dedicated (Female) to manage this relationship at the reserve bank. Telstra/Australia Govt will not have this issue.
