That'd be up to the carriers that choose to move in. Bevan's new HyperOne network he's building around AU will see multiple capital links into Darwin with the intention of the city being a hub into Asia.
I'd imagine Next would expand their Axon network into Singapore if they decide to build a new facility there, but I haven't heard anything about that yet.
