I am concerned that they only have 7.6 quarters fudning from cash, with no indication of where cash inflow can come from. At the moment all Options offered will lapse and not be taken up as they are "out of the money". Who knows when BMV will start mining and potential send money our way.
I do not think that having cash to continue operations for less that 2 years is a "favourable cash position". It will not carry the company through until it can get a mine up and running. A capital raising will be required.
