One thing is clear is the capital destruction since the 30th June 2020.

At that date the company had issued Share Capital (508 million shares) of $ 438 Million with a market cap of circa 2.5 billion.
Come 30june 2021 they now have Share Capital (754 Million shares) of $1095 Million and market cap of circa 1.7 Billion
They lost 0.8 billion in Market cap after investing in an asset of some 650 million.
Clearly the market thinks the asset is not worth what they paid. But if you believe in the value of the asset then it is indeed cheap.
