So what you're saying is you'd prefer/hope that PLS break one of the golden rules of the ASX in order to time an announcement which may or may not make a small difference in the share price?
I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but companies who make a habit of it would be treading a very fine line.
Long term it makes no difference anyway unless you're a day trader. An announcement can be released on a good day/bad day/Monday/Friday whatever. The share price eventually settles to its 'fair value'.
