I suspect the PE boys might be buying up. When the cash return whether capital or dividend comes out the SP should be a lot higher than $0.04 when the shell still has an operating business with a $4.1m EBITDA, cash of circa $0.16 and potential further cash as the wind down of the projects crystalizes over the coming months!
