Giving the Chinese >50% was never going to get past the FIRB (probably even >30%) - can't imagine why the Directors tried this on; I guess desperation at not attaining the January 31st deadline for meeting "conditions precedent" on the original loan facility.
This illfated Chinese deal has delayed getting production going yet again - & dissipated more monies in the process.
Trust that the Directors' forthcoming announcement re Project financing - the third try at getting up & running - will have real substance.
& let's hear the forward sales position.
Anyway, losing faith, sick of delays, & to be safe, I recently sold the bulk of my long-term holding in LYC.; so what the heck ...
