    Aguia Resources Limited is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tuch Solucoes Comerciais Ltda (Tuch), a key distributor of fertiliser and agriproducts in the southern region of Brazil, for the sale of 30,000 tonnes per annum of Pampafos natural phosphate fertiliser from the Tres Estradas Phosphate Project (TEPP).
