This is exactly how I see it.
As per Mike's interview with Proactive his opening line was to provide retail shareholders the benefit of participating in a SPP as it was not possible back in June.
I guess the announcements he has up his sleeve over the next 3-4 weeks will show whether he's genuine with that comment, and if so it'll make this SPP a gift for existing SH.
