JdV's bandwidth can only go so far.

This appointment of Stu is a very positive step forward for the company.

Stu covered many companies with his time at Blue Ocean and would of been on a decent package.

For him to take a role with BKT in my opinion shows a strong validation of the project and potential of the company.

Signals to me that it's time for the company to formalise a couple of key milestones and move on with the delivery and commissioning of the project.

JdV wants to focus on project delivery once signoff is received and Stu will play a solid commercial / market facing role for the business.
