So much depends on the structure of the package, I think it is safe to say that a capital raising leaves Lynas able to set it's own direction which would not have been the case with CNMC and as long as they have sufficient cash they will be well placed as a RE producer just at the right time.
CNBC TV just announced that Lynas will announce today or tomorrow a $400m capital raising, I wonder how this will slice and dice. No matter we are all better place than we were 3 mins before close last week with no halt ;)
