I did the sums again this morning based on that scenario but using the 5c BBI SP and came to ~26b shares with NAV $0.0777 c per BBI after Sparcs and Beppas are converted.
Everything else hinges on how much of the NAV the CSI wants for their 600m and whether the rights get the same deal.
