I might leave some money on fridge if anything of value supplied unfortunately got only opinion no facts.
Big investors tighten the register when they take up their 5, 10,15 and/or 19% of the company and take those shares of the table.
No benefit at all to long-term supporters of Management and Board as a result of consolidation. Seen it time and time again.
Got any examples of consolidations that have benefitted shareholders?
