Had to search the term. I'm among the number who had a spiffy pop on DDR. First purchase was $10k at $1.84 in May 2016. Also returned close to $8k back in divs which is the bit I love most about this stock.
Boring business but does it so well and so consistently. It's one of those companies that you'd be mad to sell out of.
