I would have thought buying a 20% stake in Kin counts as an approach. Certainly posters here were asking Kin what was going on… with Cardinia approaching development I would peeved if Kin was not approaching companies with milling capacity… no surprise there.
16 cents was too low ball for Delphi to consider further is my take, and with them not on board that was the end of that.
