Hey 8H, is there any answer as to why JP is keeping the participants of the recent CR close to their chest and not simply revealing it? i dont see a benefit of keeping the details hidden but im hoping to be proved wrong.
just find the whole thing a bit odd to do a CR at 1.15$ when cash wasnt needed and if they waited another 6 months until the cash was required the SP could have been around the $2 mark and the dilution could of been nearly halfed.
so an early CR with the details being kept under wraps is the only thing thats leaving me feel uneasy about GLN, dont get me wrong i love the stock and im deeply invested but curious as to the above...
