I agree with you on both of your points. Just wanted to illustrate the significant increase in resources that could be achieved with just a modest increase in the Recovery Factor. There's been little mention of the Recovery Factor in any of the MAY Threads to date and I'm thinking that this has escaped the attention of some investors - its an extremely important factor.
