Summit (SMM) went to about $6.15 the afternoon just before close, after PDN made their final T/O announcement.
I sold all my stock just on close for average $6.107
Was very nice.
They are still listed, but only about 8%? of their shares are now in private hands PDN hold about 82% ??? Areva about 10%.
The grades we're getting with THX are far higher than SMM's
They had around 72m lbs U3o8 jorc resource
At the time they had approx 190m shares .
The largest part of the total resource came from the Valhalla prospect and Skal prosect, which was 50% owned by Resolute, which put there 50% into Isa Uranium, which PDN managed to get, even though SMM was meant to get first right of refusal.
Is early days with Thunderball prospect yet, but so far it has a very nice feel about it.
This is where your patience comes in and I have plenty of it.
