My suspicion for the motivation is to put the word "Gold" into our name. Inflation is running super hot around the globe (they are struggling to adjust figures to keep it from looking out of control). Look at petrol prices, Nat Gas in Europe, shipping rates around the world, stock shortage, housing boom. Seriously everything is flying price wise. This equals higher gold price in the near future and takeover and merger activity in the junior gold share sector...ergo the motivation.
Just my 2 cents...hopefully worth 4c cents soon.
