    looks like divesting the asset, in exchange for equity

    CRL to gain 40,000,000 Shares in International Graphite at IPO (about 25%) and have a board member appointed to the new IPO entity

    IG will own the asset (springdale)

    The IPO values springdale at $8m, and will seek to raise a further 6-8mil on listing.
