Great for short term, but too many roadblocks for growth. The second tranche could be risky as the way I've read it if the first batch is taken up and the second is not approved, we are in the gun for $412.5k. We would have been fine with AVRO conversions if they hit, this seems to me as though WP is much more concerned that AVRO's wont convert.
