Yeah some 27.5m shares. What update do you expect? It's already been well flagged. The $20m finance package has been trumpeted, the fact that LDA dumps shares onto buyers and the dilution to shareholders, not so much.
It was being heralded like it was some sort of a scoop for SKN but the reality is this is what will happen to the share price every time LDA gets tapped for money. SKN issues shares to LDA which it will promptly sell. The proceeds go to SKN so directors can't pay themselves, and shareholders get diluted to
less and less.
