sons of gwalia - who claimed thru solicitors??

I am interested to know if H.C. holders of Sons of Gwalia
made their claim through solicitors acting for you or did you make a claim through your own actions, (without a group claim)????

I remember receiving several letters from different solicitors offering services for between $500 and $750 as a once only up front payment to act on behalf of shareholders.
I submitted my own claim, and although I considered I might not get the same attention as a group claim by solicitors, the outcome was the same without having to pay fees.
I hope not to see a "next time" but in any similar event, I would go it alone.
