1. Technically the WLY chart shows a 9 month consolidation at ~0.005c?
[9 months is enough to test anyones resolve]
2. Moving Averages have crossed to the Buy side?
3. Volume declining? Would need increasing volume this week to confirm Buy signal?
[Have a Buy order in the market @0.005c]
