would be interesting to know the % of issued shares to which were held by ineligble shareholders... this quantity will be either underwritten by Cannacord - plus any quantity that is not taken up in the retail offer... always nice to know how much extra liquidity will be hitting the market in a relatively short period of time
Recent raises I have participated in have take 3-6 months before underwriter selling has stopped impacting any opportunity for SP increase.
