Think you guys may assume that because gunns don't OWN the resource, that the deals gone!
What about the purchase of the resource, not the property?
Whoever buys these holdings, will need to sell the produce. I'm assuming that gunns will be apart of the purchase potential for the successful bidder(s) for timbercorp and any other land/stock holders. Be better to sell to our local market than to our o/seas customers. Here we have a value adding opportunity!
The way forward is looking fine by my calcs.
