I've seen one funny little place - but, right smack in where I want to be - it's on a tiny block of land - there are two buildings on it - one - about the size of a large dog kennel and the other one is about one really large bedroom size - in which, there's everything - a tiny kitchen area, a bed, a table and chairs and a tiny bathroom with a dunny.
it's not even really what I would want to be in forever - but, it's right where I want - indeed, not too far at all from where I stayed in Chamonix - just out of it.
I did think - yeah - that'd do - and, build a little chalet on it - but, man - this isn't Oz where I know what I'm doing and - really??? building something??????? na - I have a noticeable shake at the idea
oh - I have to work out what the hell 'prescribed avalanche area' means as well ----------- could be a problem
