Have we been conned?
It appears the goal posts are being moved again - AOI has pushed back the drilling timetable almost a year and outside the PSA expiry. So thats not good for a stock like Range.
Still no endorsement by the Puntland Govt, despite Faroole being in the top job since January. Will he ever give it?
