Every cent it has gone up in the last week or so appears as a nice extra bit of sum on my statement and this is before the release of the quarterly. So unless the quarterly is a real shocker (not expecting it to be but until it's released there's may be an if associated with it). As far as being at close to 20c, there appears no ifs nor buts currently. Beyond that, it is at the mercy of market forces - an excellent quarterly may just nudge it to mid 20's - of course that's still an if scenario.
An unloved company in the commodity space it's in but it has certainly allowed to recoup some losses from elsewhere - plus the bonus of a past divvie and the 'if' possibility of another one soon.
Things of course can change swiftly if there is a market downturn. As is usual, lots of if's. If worse comes to worse one can pull the plug even if it were to drop. Or just hold and if it does drop, it may give a chance to pick up more cheaper. Thus far a good cashed up company - if that continues then it bodes well for holders.
