    I suspect the CHI-X $4.29 is a glitch - since last updated @ 1608 - CHI-X usually show last update @1559.

    ASX pre-opens can easily have these high prices, which end up being matched much lower per the Market Open.
    Perhaps a buy bid was put in on CHI-X @ 1608 [after market closed for CHI-X] and it was actioned today, instead of for tomorrows open.

    Interestingly, CHI-X website details TLS closing price of $4.29 - but volume only 9,092,330 shares traded - some 15m lower, than what is detailed on HC

    Conclusion is TLS are not buying back shares @ $4.29
